Guests have full access to the entire condominium and all Phoenix VII resort amenities, including:

Guests will check in at the front desk upon arrival, where parking passes can be purchased and condo keys will be issued.

Please note that Phoenix VII requires guests to register at the front desk upon arrival. Parking passes are available for purchase through the association and fees are subject to change. Coastal Reset is a smoke-free and pet-free property. Guests must comply with all condominium and HOA rules during their stay. For the safety of all guests, throwing objects from balconies is strictly prohibited. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment in the event of unexpected changes to your travel plans.

For a laid-back meal with great food and atmosphere, check out Cobalt, The Gulf, Avenue Pub, OSO, GT’s on the Bay, Luna’s Eat & Drink, Old River Grill, The Yacht Club, and Coastal. Coastal is one of our favorites for its beautiful views and relaxed waterfront atmosphere.

Upscale Dining

If you’re looking for a special night out, we recommend Big Fish Restaurant & Bar, Shipp’s Harbour Grill, Voyagers, The Perch, and Louisiana Lagniappe. These restaurants offer excellent seafood, steaks, and elevated dining experiences.

Sports Bar Favorite

Old Salt Tavern Pub is one of the area’s newest hotspots. It stays open later than many local restaurants and is known for its great burgers, wings, cold drinks, and lively atmosphere.

The Wharf

You’ll also find several excellent dining options at The Wharf, making it a great destination for dinner, drinks, shopping, and entertainment all in one place.
